Tech2Training sponsors aspiring athletes who do not have the resources to finance their athletic fees and equipment. Tech2Training was founded to allow more kids to experience teamwork, competitiveness, and fun while keeping healthy through engaging in physical activity.

ANDREW LOBO | HARVARD UNIVERSITY '25
Founder and CEO
Andrew Lobo is a senior at St. Michael's College School in Toronto, Ontario and will be attending Harvard University this fall. A competitive volleyball player, Andrew recognized the need for underprivileged athletes to play the sport they love. At Harvard, Andrew will be studying applied mathematics and economics.

Andrew Haber is a junior at Brooklin High School in Whitby, Ontario. A competitive volleyball player, Andrew hopes to play volleyball at the varsity level in college. Eventually, Andrew hopes to obtain his law degree.


BRADLEY BANACH | UNIVERSITY OF TORONTO '25
Vice President
Bradley Banach is a senior at St. Michael’s College School. He is a multi-sport athlete, playing Junior A hockey with the St. Michael’s Buzzers and elite baseball with the Ontario Blue Jays. Next year, he will be taking courses with the University of Toronto's Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science, while continuing to play hockey and baseball in hopes of an NCAA scholarship.
